SEMBLY(DINK 50)
Remove the rear wheel.
Remove the left crankcase cover.
Remove the clutch/driven pulley.
Drain the transmission gear oil into a clean
container.
Remove the transmission case cover
attaching bolts.
Remove the transmission case cover.
Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
Driver shift
Driver shift Final Gear
Remove the final gear and countershaft.
Countershaft Final Shaft Dowel Pin
FINAL REDUCTION INSPECTION Countershaft
Inspect the countershaft and gear for wear
or damage.
