6. CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES K-PIPE 125 Bolts CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL Remove the left crankcase cover bolt. Remove the crankshaft hole's cap and timing hole cap. Remove the left side cover and gasket. Remove the cam chain tensioner sealing bolt, washer, spring and tensioner shaft. Remove the valve inspection hole's caps. Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise until the Bolts Align Bolt "O" mark on the cam sprocket aligns with the index mark on the cylinder head. Make sure there slight clearance between the valve stems and rocker arms by moving the rocker arms up and down. If the rocker arms are tight, turn the crankshaft for a fully turn in counterclockwise and realign the "O" mark with the index mark. Remove the cam sprocket bolts and cam sprocket. Cylinder head right cover Suspend the cam chain with a wire or Cord to prevent it from falling into the Cylinder. Cam sprocket Cylinder bolt Loosen the cylinder bolts. Remove the bolts attaching the cylinder head to the cylinder Remove the four nuts holding the cylinder head cover. Remove the cylinder head cover. Cylinder head cover Cylinder head bolt Gasket Remove the cylinder head cover gasket. Remove the cylinder head. Remove the cylinder head gasket and dowl pins. Camshaft Inspection hole caps 6-4
