6. CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES K-PIPE 125
Tap the valve stems gently with a plastic
hammer for 23 times to firmly seat the
cotters.
Be careful not to damage the valves.
Camshaft Rocker Arms
Coat the camshaft bearings and automatic
de-compressor cam with clean engine oil.
Install the camshaft into the cylinder head
with the cam lobes facing the piston.
Install the rocker arm as show.
Coat the rocker arm shafts with clean engine
oil. Rocker arm shaft
Install the rocker arm shafts by screwing an
8mm bolt into the thread end as show.
Install a new gasket on the right side cover.
Install the right side cover.
