 CHECK ENGINE LAMP (CELP)
  Turn the ignition switch to "ON"
  position
  The CELP indicator will be lighting until
  the engine starting
  If no failure code, the CELP indicator
  would be turned off.
  If the failure code happens, the CELP
  indicator would be turned on
