13. FRAME COVERS/EXHAUST MUFFLER VITALITY 50
Remove the ten screws from the leg shield.
Disconnect the headlight connector and then
remove front body cover.
When removing the right and left side
rails, pull them backward not to damage
the joint claws.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Disconnect the secondary air hose (2-stroke).

Remove the two exhaust pipe joint lock nuts
(1).
Remove the bolt from the rear lower fender and
two Exhaust muffler lock bolts from the
exhaust muffler.
