  CHANGE INTERVAL Air Cleaner
More frequent replacement is required if
ridden in unusually dusty or rainy areas.
 · Do not clean the paper element with
      compressed air.
    · If the air cleaner is installed improperly,
dust may be sucked into the cylinder
directly to reduce the engine horse-
power and affect engine service life.
    · Pay attention to the installation
      direction during reassembly.

  CYLINDER COMPRESSION
Warm up the engine before compression
    test.
Remove the spark plug and insert a
  compression gauge.
Open the throttle valve fully and crank the
engine with the starter motor or kick lever
for 78 seconds to test the compression.
  Compression:
     DA25AA,B: 13kg/cm
     DA30AA,B: 16kg/cm
If the compression is low, check for the
  following:
  Leaky valves
  Valve clearance too small
  Leaking cylinder head gasket
  Worn piston/cylinder
  Worn piston rings
If the compression is high, it indicates that
carbon deposits have accumulated on the
combustion chamber and the piston head.
